MERAK / CURIOSITY is a solo exhibition featuring architectural watercolours by Yeşim Yaşa.
Curiosity; a source of energy that drives us to see, understand, and discover the world.
When we watch patiently, nature depicts itself; revealing her perfection and her rhythm, and inspiring an openness to change.
Watercolour becomes a tool to distinguish original forms a part of an architectural project, transforming and bringing to light its particularities and its spirit.
MERAK / CURIOSITY is hosted at NADAS Istanbul. The exhibition will be on view from 30 November to 29 December 2018, open to visit during NADAS events and by appointment.
About the Artist
Yeşim Yaşa is an architect, specializing in restoration and interior architecture. She currently works on drawing architectural restoration projects for historical buildings. Her watercolour paintings are inspired by architecture and nature.
