Astrology and Yoga

In this unique workshop, we will explore some of the basic aspects of astrology and yoga, and learn how they work together. We will learn how to apply these aspects to deepen our yoga practise, including postures that relate to the astrological elements. Astrology tells us what we need to find balance in life and yoga gives us tools through asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Practicing yoga in alignment with the universe, allows you to deepen your understanding of yourself and the cycles of life, and to feel more balanced and in harmony.

Some topics we will explore deeper, include:
● What is astrology? What is yoga?
● Natal charts
● Elements and chakras
● Zodiac signs

And much more...
We will conclude the workshop with a healing and nurturing hatha yoga class were we will go through each element and its correspondence in the body. You will also receive your own personal natal chart.

Emrah Peker, born in 1979. He has been working as an astrological consultant and life coach since 2010. Emrah thinks that astrology is key to mastering self development. He aims to inspire and lead others to improve their awareness and life standards towards a happier and more active life.

Desiré Olsson is from Sweden. An inner calling made her leave her home country 2016 to participate in a hatha yoga teacher training in Thailand. She has been fascinating with astrology for many years and discovered the term astroyoga during a recent visit to Europe. To share and inspire people to a healthier and more balanced lifestyle is one of her biggest passions.
